Differenceshood Floor Coating is a referral service. Homeowners send requests for garage and concrete floor coating. We pass those requests to independent providers in the network. If you run your own coating business and want qualified homeowner calls, read on.

This is not employment. You stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule and crews.

Who Fits

• Independent contractors who coat garage and concrete floors.
• Providers who offer epoxy, polyaspartic or other concrete coating.
• Businesses that can do proper prep, including grinding and crack repair.
• Providers who can serve homes in or near Cedar Lake.

Providers who offer custom floor finishes, such as flake or metallic looks, are welcome.

What We Expect

• Valid licenses and insurance where your local rules require them.
• Moisture testing before coating. Dry slab first.
• Written quotes with scope and price.
• Honest advice on timing. Cold, heat, humidity and spring moisture all affect cure.
• Prompt, polite follow-up with homeowners.
• Clear explanations in plain language.

We do not accept work that skips prep or overpromises results.

• Your business name and the towns you cover.
• The coatings you offer.
• A short description of your prep process.
• Proof of license and insurance, if required in your area.

We review each note and reply with next steps. Referral terms are explained before you join.
